Stroud is just ten minutes from Junction 13 of the M5.
If you're travelling from Gloucester you can get to Stroud following the A4173.
If you're travelling from Cheltenham you can get to Stroud following the A46.
If you're travelling from Swindon you can get to Stroud following the A419.
We are just two minutes away from the main Stroud train station (GL5 3AP). Upon exiting the station, go north east onto Station Road towards Russell Street, then turn left onto Russell Street, turn right onto Rowcroft then finally continue onto King Street.

There are various bus stops located outside the main centre for your convenience. Five Valleys is well connected to the local bus network with services to the wider region available just outside the Vue Cinema. The main drop off & collection area for taxis is outside the main centre on Merrywalks Road. Local taxi services include 'Stroud Taxi' who can be contacted on 01453 750211.
Five Valleys operates a pay and display car park where the terms and conditions apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week including bank holidays. Our car park is managed by Creative Parking and uses an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.
Pay and display machines are located on levels 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 and inside the glass lift enclosure on the top deck of the car park. Cash and contactless payments are accepted at the pay and display machines. Payment can also be made via the RingGo app, by inputting location 48042.
Payments must be made within 20 minutes of arrival. You must enter your full registration number into the pay and display machines or the app when purchasing your ticket in order to register with the ANPR system. Failure to do so will result in a Parking Charge Notice.
There is CCTV throughout all car park levels and within the Five Valleys shopping centre.

The parking charges, along with the terms and conditions, apply to all drivers including blue badge holders and InstaVolt users, 7 days per week (including Bank Holidays).
Payment can be made at one of 8 payment machines throughout the car park, and these machines accept both cash and card payments. Alternatively, visitors can use the RingGo app to pay and manage parking sessions. Input location code 48042 (Five Valleys) to access your parking options.
We offer disabled and parent & child spaces on level 6 of the car park. This level will bring you straight into the main shopping centre for your ease & comfort. The closest paying machine can be found on level 5. Car parking charges still apply.
We offer a hand car washing service on the ground floor within our main car park. Prices start at £9 for a silver level hand car wash. The service is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Available on site are InstaVolt Charging Points - located on the ground floor of the car park by the car wash and Halfords. Usual car parking terms and conditions apply whilst using the InstaVolt Charging Points. Parking charges still apply.
Five Valleys is laid out on different levels with access from multiple entrances. The shopping malls and indoor market can be accessed from King Street, an entrance outside F. Hinds and from level 2 of the multi-storey car park. Vue and Fat Toni's can be accessed from Merrywalks Road and Stroud Bowl from the top deck of the car park. Surrounding the centre you'll find a complementary blend of restaurants, bars and shops.
The centre's public spaces are laid out on multiple levels with two passenger lifts, as well as stairs, in place to help with access.
Our surfaces are level and easy to walk on.
Fully-fitted accessible WCs with emergency pull strings can be found in our toilets located in the indoor market with no radar access key required.
